At the time of the onsite monitor visit, there was over the counter liquid tylenol in the first aid kit with no name, authorization, length of time to give the medication, etc. At the time of the onsite monitor visit, there were multiple prescription medications (Epipen and topical creams) stored in the same plastic bag in the Preschool 1 classroom.
